Who we are

Wesics Energies ("we", "us") is a solar EPC company with its office in Ludhiana, Punjab. We serve customers in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh. This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send us through it, by WhatsApp, phone or email.

By using this website or sending us your details you accept this policy. If you do not accept it, please do not send us personal details.

What we collect

What you tell us

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your city or village and state or Union Territory (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and Chandigarh), and the address of the site.
• What you want: system size, roof or farm details, electricity bill details you choose to share.
• For customers: quotes, designs, approvals, invoices, and service and monitoring records for your system.

What the website records by itself

Page visits, clicks and form submissions, as set out under "Analytics on this website" below.

Forms and WhatsApp

When you press the send button on the contact, callback or site survey form, two things happen. Your answers are sent to our customer records system (crm.wesicsenergies.com) so that we can call you back even if you do not send a message, and the form writes the same answers into a WhatsApp message addressed to us, which you can choose to send from your own WhatsApp. The careers and partner forms only prepare the WhatsApp message.

Once you send it, the message and your details are handled by WhatsApp under Meta's terms and privacy policy as well as this one. Please read those terms if you want to know how WhatsApp stores messages. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, call us on +91 99884 20205 or email info@wesicsenergies.com.

Analytics on this website

This website runs a small tracker we wrote. It sends the following to our own server at crm.wesicsenergies.com, over HTTPS:

When	What is sent
A page opens, or you move to another page	The page path (for example /news, without any query string), and the time.
You click a button or a link	The page path, a label for what you clicked (its id, its accessible name, or the first 50 characters of its text), the destination path for a link, and the time.
A form is submitted	The page path, the form's id or name, and the time.

It does not send what you type into form fields. The tracker sets no cookies and no visitor identifier. Like any web server, ours sees the technical details every request carries, such as your IP address and browser type.

We use it to see which pages and buttons are used so we can improve the site. There is no on-page switch to turn it off. To avoid it, block requests to crm.wesicsenergies.com in your browser, or ask us at privacy@wesicsenergies.com.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, survey your site and prepare a quote and design.
• To file subsidy and net-metering applications on your behalf.
• To install, commission, clean, maintain and monitor your system, and to answer service requests.
• To send you messages about your enquiry or system. We send marketing messages only if you agreed.
• To improve this website, using the analytics above.
• To meet legal and scheme requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where the work needs it:

• Your distribution company: PSPCL in Punjab; UHBVN or DHBVN in Haryana; HPSEBL in Himachal Pradesh; CPDL in Chandigarh.
• Scheme and nodal agencies, for example the PM Surya Ghar portal, PEDA in Punjab, HAREDA in Haryana, HIMURJA in Himachal Pradesh and CREST in Chandigarh, for applications and subsidy.
• Suppliers, installation crews and financing partners, only the details they need for your job.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us there.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Keeping it safe and how long

Data sent from this website to our analytics server travels over HTTPS. We limit access to customer records to staff who need them. We keep customer records for as long as we need them for the project, the warranty, service and our legal obligations, and enquiry records that do not become projects for a reasonable period after we last spoke.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your data where we no longer need it;
• stop sending you marketing messages.

Email privacy@wesicsenergies.com. We aim to reply within 30 days. These rights follow Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when what we collect changes, and change the date at the top. This version is dated 22 October 2026.
