Most faults announce themselves early: a warm connector, a loose clamp, a log that repeats an error. Preventive visits find them. Corrective visits deal with what still goes wrong.

Response times are written into your plan and depend on the plan and how far the site is from Ludhiana. We do not quote one number for every site.

Common small parts such as connectors, fuses and surge protectors are carried on service visits. Larger parts are ordered against your warranty or agreed in advance.

Warranty
Module, inverter and workmanship warranties stay with their makers and your installer. We prepare the claim; we do not replace the warranty.
